1 Should the thing be removed from the boards or 2 should it be left and Eats name taken off it?

Eats' name should definitly be taken off it...  The Barn does still exist, although it is now a registered historical site, therefore less IC action can happen there without being conspicuous...  Also, all of the "furnishings" (i.e. pool table, etc) have been removed...  It is essentially back to being an empty abandoned barn.
