I will doublecheck with Marc, but last I was aware we were not able to book Brandais, so we are going to be playing at Camelot on the 29th. I will have Marc post to confirm.

I will be heading to game from Newton this week, so I can offer a ride to game to people (though not back). The place I will be leaving from is very close to a stop on the Green Line.

This should have been more effectively communicated prior to now, however tight timing plus a few days of RL made finalizing the location slow. Though we were planning to alternate between Brandeis and Camelot, we weren't able to get confirmation for Brandeis on the 29th, so the decision has been made to go again with Camelot.
Though the reason no Evite was sent this month was timing-related, they are being discontinued due to their apparent unreliability, despite best efforts to get useful and accurate information out of them. Options are being explored for a forums-based event/rsvp system. In the meantime, a new mechanism will be in place and announced in the January Post-Game Announcements, emailed to you (and posted on the forums) when sheets have been updated with earned XP after the 1/29 game. In the interim, it may be something like an "I'm Going to Game" attention thread that begins with a posting of the pertinent game information (location, schedule, etc.) If that works, we may just stick with it.

You could also make a Facebook Event, that's a lot more convenient than an evite will ever be. I don't check email nearly as often as I check Facebook.
