I guess my question should have really been "should I pester the relevant TN, or the CBC?"

The short answer is yes, it's ok to pester the relevant TN and/or CBC... That is, after all, their job. They should be responding to player inquiries without incident, though keep in mind that many of the TN's are also staff members of their respective games, in addition to their lives outside OWbN, so it's best to allow a reasonable amount of time before moving on to the CBC. Always best to start with the TN, then go to the CBC if the TN is for one reason or another, not being responsive (the CBC is essentially the "boss" of the TN's). If all else fails, contact an RAtC staff member if you are having any trouble.
