Are we assuming that Masha's death was announced in character or did I miss it being announced in character somewhere? Just looking to clarify.

I don't think it has been announced formally.  I do not think anyone is keeping it a secret, either.

Alexander will eventually nudge a Galliard to publicize it if it doesn't happen soon.

After Jerry pulls himself out of a few-days funk, he would let it be known to everyone. He'd also mention, offhandedly, that Quinn Doherty isn't allowed on the bawn until the fancy important Garou say otherwise. Also that he's not to be attacked or treated as an enemy in any way; he's apparently just garnering too much human attention right now.

Umm... Someone may want to start a scene where they kick him out of his house then. Quinn lives on the bawn.
