There's a handful of gifts that say they take a full turn to activate. Does this mean:
One normal combat action (Rage actions okay)
One normal combat action (may not be Rage action, but you may take other Rage actions)
One turn (you may not take any Rage actions at all)
One turn (you may not take any Rage actions at all, or move at all)
Presumably it doesn't mean the former or they wouldn't bother saying "full turn," but given the short and nasty nature of Werewolf combat, it surprises me that there are so many gifts that require you to sit out a turn.

Full turn is just that. One full combat turn, including rage actions. The description of the gift would determin if you could move or not.
