I've mentioned this to a couple people privately:

My forum experience is largely governed by the "show unread posts since last visit" link.  If you see me posting in other threads and are wondering if I've forgotten about yours, I probably have.  Feel free to drop me a PM about it.

I missed some thread notifications this weekend, I'm not sure why.  If there's anything waiting on me right now, I've forgotten about it - remind me!
