This is one of those things that ought to go without saying (which is why we say that in the thing we're about to say).  In order to remain in compliance with the possibility of pending OWbN by-law changes, the following disclaimer has been added to the bottom of the House Rules posting:

House Rules Contents: It should go without saying, but any topic that is not expressly covered under one or more of our established rules will be said to be handled at storyteller discretion and/or on a case-by-case basis.
