Title: question about abilities

the house rules say that skills need a teacher with a score higher then what is beign learned, but knowledges only need to match

so to learn dodge 2, my teacher must have 3, but to learn Garou Lore 2, my teacher only needs to have 2

would it be in any way possible to get an exhaustive list of what is and is not considered a knowledge?  etiquette? Occult? Empathy? Enigmas? Academics?

Knowledges include: Academics, Bureaucracy, Computer, Finance, Investigation, Law, Linguistics, Medicine, Occult, Politics, and Science(in all its subforms) per traditional WW definition.

Lores are a Hobby/Expert/Professional ability subset that are generally defined as knowledges.


I do not know if this is how the STs are defining Knowledges for the purpose of this rule.

That list I posted is the knowledges per the tabletop book.
