If you are scouting the Technocracy, who do you send on the mission?
A) The Ragabash.
B) The Galliard... Lupus... Who's afraid of cars.
If you guessed "A", you're not from Vigilant Light?
-
In all fairness, they didn't ask the Glass Walkers to do anything either. You know, with our diagnostics and technology based gifts, we'd be useless.
-
To be perfectly fair, this not abnormal. Up until just recently, the person most often sent to scout was a Theurge.

Ragaburge Glasswalker
FTFY

Actually, in Hidden Flame B would probably be the correct answer too. The only high powered Ragabash is pregnant and the Galliard Lupus who doesn't interact with tech is Song. Though that's only if you don't list our third option, Jared.
-
That's only because she usually went by herself first and didn't tell anyone till she got back.

That is also not true. It was Alice who sent the Glasswalker Theurge and the Uktena Ahroun to scout the Turtle Bane's Den, was it not?
-
Oh please... THE ONE TIME someone asked... like Arianna never ever scouted without telling anyone. Pshaw, lady... pshaw.
'sides... you were more effective that way, Ms. Ragatheurgiard.
And I am NOT afraid of cars... I killed one, I did.
-
She did scout without telling people. But! By the end of her career, all of her scouting was above board and she was told to do it, usually by the Alpha of the Sept :)
-
Some Garou might say that sending Glass Walkers to scout the Technocracy is like sending drug addicts to scout a crack den.
Jerry wouldn't, but some Garou might.

S'okay, Vihtori would. And does. I do my best to keep Jared between Crystal and Vihtori at all times.

i'd go with B. but then i think that sending a non-lover of tech to spy on tech is a better option then sending someone who would go "oooh shiny" or something...
-
But then, how could one accurately scout something they do not understand?
-
well... the only one who ACTUALLY understood anything the technocracy died... everyone else is guessing just as much as me. :p
-

Coincidence?! I think not!
((Sorry guys, I had to.))
-
Yes, you had to die before you could pass on your technocracy lore. A lore that no one in the entire area knows.
-
I was in the middle of teaching someone too.
-
As my mom always said "Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades."
-
Don't forget "Government work" and "first dates".

gee, thanks. there is now soda ALL OVER MY WORK MACHINE. :P
-
You're welcome, I aim to please.
-
also in fairness since I started playing ryan Jared seems to like to drag the new cliath around into fucked up umbral places and to pop in on un suspecting shit loads of banes. and then fail checks.
-
You're welcome, I aim to please.
And apparently she aimed at her work machine!
-
that's what SHE said!
