Can't you tell? Clearly, she's the lifeguard in all of this.. either that or Mrs Claus has really let herself go.

No, Mrs. Claus is the Guide--in this tough economy she's had to pick up employment herself. I assumed the woman second from the right was his mother. They have the same pig-face.
