about Thoth joining Gaia's Edge, please
RobinGoodfellow1: Hmmm.
kalandron: i.e. What thoughts Ares would "hear"
RobinGoodfellow1: Does she know he's listening?
kalandron: Oh yes
kalandron: I am trying to ping Ken for the same thing,
but without luck
RobinGoodfellow1: Fear, mostly. Way deep down, fear
that what happened before will happen again. But
that's overshadowed by concern for Thoth, and the fact
that she knows he WANTS a full Pack. Not trying to
mend an already broken one like when they were in the
Seekers. Excitement, she honestly lovesThoth almost
like a big brother and always looked up to him.
kalandron: Is Thoth right for Ares?
RobinGoodfellow1: Thoth knows War.
thoth is serious about joining, nervous about being
able to trust as it is new to him, curious about the
changes being in a pack of war will bring, looking
forward to scouting for a warleader again, pondering
if ares has an egyptian name....overall he is nervous
and very happy to have pack if all goes well.
kalandron: only nervous about trusting or nervous
about other things too?
gorthnick: nervous about owen's crap dumping on his
family and getting some of them killed.
kalandron: that all?
gorthnick: hmmm
gorthnick: the idea of being more warlike excites and
scares him.
kalandron: scares in general or something specific?
gorthnick: it's a possible change from his usual
"takes the back door" tactics
kalandron: so it's about who are and have become?
gorthnick: yep, he accepts that it is time for him to
change and hopes to meet those changes well.
kalandron: how far from elder is he?
gorthnick: ummm looking for my sheet...
gorthnick: 21 perm renown...so four perm away...and
he's not in a rush to be elder.
kalandron: ok
