Internet has flown the coop at my place. So bear with me while I am limited to internet at work only.

Verizon is blaming the ISP, ISP is blaming Verizon. Based on past evidence it is Verizon's fault, but it will take another week or three for them to admit this. Fuckers.

Verizon also fucked us over hard. We switched to Comcast.

Verizon are dicks. That is, customer service says one thing, billing another. Thus we are temporarily without internet for a day or two.

There was just some confusion, common in really big companies. I'm still a huge FiOS fangirl.

I have found them to have good product but atrocious enough customer service that I am never using them

It's Comcast that I've heard the nightmare customer service stories about. I've been very pleased in my dealings with Verizon's customer service department, so far. *crosses fingers*

Verizon screwed us up the wall and back, atrocious costumer service, horrible management and book keeping.
They told us they would have our internet on by November 18th.
We moved in Septermber 1st.

Which they then pushed back to mid-December, which they then pushed back again to sometime in 2012. At which point we said "screw you guys" and went with Comcast.
