I imagined Jimmy a teen, not younger. As a note, one must be about 10-16 to be First Changed (it's not in the LARP book, so don't look. It's on page 30 of the revised tabletop book). Unless something funky is going on, then disregard this "question".

He's definitely on the younger side of your estimate, definitely preteen, but since I couldn't find the 'child' flaw in the book, I'm roughing it.. Since no one's actually asked him IC, who knows for sure ;)

I've only seen the Child Flaw in the Vamp book, as in you were embraced as a child and will forever look like one. But i could see it work like this too. So pay no mind to this post lol.

I've seen it in Vamp and in Mage so I know it obviously exists, just don't have an actual age range spelled out..

For Vampires it's 4-8 I believe. I don't know if it exists in Werewolf but those are the rules for Vampire.
