Event game at Rage Bay (Sept of the Whispering Dragon)

Hey everyone, Ron's game just south of you is doing a weekend game (minor event style) on the last weekend of March. I am actually flying up there to play for the weekend, so I am hoping some of you might be interested in coming there. I know they are getting a camping area and not sure of many details past that. More details are available through their staff on their boards at  http://www.sovalarp.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=159  I would love to see some of my old friends there though so please if you are free and can afford it come and hang out. I would truly appreciate seeing many of you again. On that note if I am going to come to Beltaine this year (if you all still run that event) I need to know some details soon. I would like to come up for that or Nonklaive later in hte year too. So keep in touch with me. Hopefully I will have an active game in Jax soon...

Unfortunately, March 28 is also the March RAtC game.  Due to scheduling of the game site, we'll likely be unable to reschedule our game, but we can certainly see what the player interest is in attending the mini-event and go from there.

Its all cool. I have been jonesing to see old friends and hope to see some there. Does the org still run Beltaine and Nonklaive? Can I plan on meeting some of y'all then??? (There is no begging and pleading invovled in any of this, honestly...)

They do still run, but games have changed hands.  There was a major scheduling snafu with last year's Beltaine that I think left many people bitter, so I'm not entirely sure what this year holds.  I'd personally like to make it to this year's Beltaine, if there is one, and I'm sure we've got a number of other players that would like to go as well.  We will see.

We heard murmurs of Beltaine at the Scorched Earth event game, but I don't remember any of the details. But at least it is being ran this year.

Just finished checking with the Dap Rage game and Beltaine is May 1st-4th this year and Nonklaive is Memorial day weekend as normal, for htose intersted..

You are correct, I thought Glen got the correct info out to you all since he posted it directly to the Sept fo Whispering Dragon's Forum. Sorry for not updating you all. I am trying to make plans and afford the plane tickets to get there. That is if Stalks does not get whacked at the end of the month with all he has in the works...
