So today we celebrate by taking Marc back to the time of his birth... Picture this.

An empty beach with a smattering of plant life, when from the sea walks a small fish with what look like, are they? yes they are! its legs! the first creature upon the earth has evolved legs and walks the land, we shall call him Marc. Thus did life on land begin with Marc evolving legs all those hundreds of thousands of eons ago.

Happy birthday Marc, and thanks for growing legs.
