Simple reason why the AF is better than the Army.

No entire AF or UAAF wing or group has ever surrendered enmass. Where as the entire US Army 3rd Army surrendered to the German Army in Africa after deploying to the bottom of a valley and failed to set up proper defenses.

The only reason that there was a surrender, is because air force field bases are protected by the army. They don't even use their own force protection, in most FOBs. Army is their defense, since they can't hit something in front of their nose.

Army is better for one reason.

We actually know how to fight, instead of how to make machines fight for us. :p

Just cause you can fight doesn't make you the best, case in point the Fenrir, really good at fighting haven't won a damn thing in well ever.

Ah but you've undermined your point. You see, all military actions after WWII were joint branch. Army losses=AF losses. They are nothing without their pretty toys and hardened bases. Throw em' into the field and they'd die without enemy contact.
