we are learnign SO MANY.  and all that exp   can we write them all down and like, slowly add them to the sheet or how doeas that work?

Noting that your character was present in the thread is fine justification for learning any of the offered Lores, now or later. You can wait a year to actually put that fairy lore on your sheet, that's fine, just link back to the scene when you put it in your XP spends so we remember where you learned it.
