Meal on the 19th
« on: April 02, 2008, 08:05:37 PM »
Okay, hopefully, since i've requested the day off, i'll be at game on the 19th later then I expected.  So, I have a proposition for the STs and the Players.  I, as a chef student, volunteer to cook an IC in game meal.  I've run this by marc, and he's okay with me playing in his kitchen  (Thanks marc!)  So, i'm putting it out there to see what you all think of it.  What i'd need from you all as players is donations to help get the food, as i am not an inexaustable supply of money.  I'll supply some things myself, but i'm going to need help to make it work.  So what do you all think?

I'm all for it. Let me know what cash I should bring.

Any idea about a menu?

I will volunteer for sous-chefery. Ken and Emily can vouch for my skills as an in-game meal chef type! I'll bring money, too, and maybe some basics like onions and such.

i'm leaning towards breaking out the grill if the weather is nice, so chicken is looking favorable.  I'll have a more concrete menu as I get closer to the date, and we have weather reports.  But marinated grilled chicken, rice pilaf, Mash of some sort is looking like a good possibility.  Veg of some sort once I can get to the market and see whats freshest.

and help would be appreciated andrew.  Besides, since its ralin doing the cooking IC, it would amuse me to see calvin and ralin arguing about cooking.  XD

The poor kid thinks this is a wonderful idea. So logn as none of it can kill me. Which, by what Dave suggested, nothing will. Yay!

Shrimp, lobster and crab. Mike gets Ring of Fire when he has too much dairy, and Ken is allergic to walnuts.

Those are the ones I remember. >.>

Oh, crap! I forgot those. And how even handling the fruity flavored vodka bottles would give you a small reaction.
