Request for rulings board

The discussion sub group is great, can I sggest we have a ruling section for those items which have been agreed upon and set in stone. all announcements on those boards should be dated in the title and locked from replies:)

That is actually the intention for the newly crated sub-group.  All of the previously "set-in-stone" topics (the stickyed ones with the exclamation point icon) have been moved there as solid references.  This allows discussions of said rules to take place here in the main discussion forum, without clogging the screen view with all of the actually called rules.

Ahh, I thought it would be single posts without any follow ups, nice clean and even with good solid subject lines. But I appreciate the goal:)

In time, I will be cleaning up the existing posts to get rid of replies and consolidate information, so that part is in the works too
