Sorry for my absence, I'll be catching up on threads tonight. Poke me if I haven't replied to something by midnight or so.
More importantly, a poll of sorts:
I plan to make chocolate mousse for game, but for various logistical reasons it will likely need to be refrigerated, which causes it to thicken away from typical mousse consistency. (Still tasty, just more custard-like than fluffy.) To make up for this, I've considered making it the top layer of a two layer cheesecake. (I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake, honestly, but the idea intrigues me.)
Questions are this:
Would you prefer mousse with or without cheesecake?
If "with", what flavor of cheesecake would make the most sense to you? Plain, white chocolate, milk chocolate...?
I'd be open to other suggestions, as well.
