Last time I was at a game, which was a few months back I was told to be there at 11 and then one of the players said no one usually gets here until 1. That was at Camelot though so perhaps it is different given the location.

usually around noon is ideal, sometimes folks get here as early as 11.  When soft RP can start is usually determined more by how many people show up and how early.  For today, we're expecting a relatively small game due to a number of circumstances.
