Unable to Send PM's?

Is anyone having issues being able to send or reply to Private Messages?  This question applies to ALL forum accounts, though in particular guest (non RAtC character) accounts.

If you hare experiencing this issue, please reply here, using the account which is exhibiting the problem.

Will - Is the PM problem a new development (i.e. you were able to before but are not now)?  All of the settings and permissions for the account are in order.  I tried deleting and re-creating the permissions just in case.  Send me a PM if it's working, or reply here if it is still not?  Are you getting a particular error message?

Apparently they are going through after all, but it is not registering to me that they are so I never know if they do.

Do the messages save to your outbox after being sent?  When you say "not registering to me," do you mean that there is something (error message) leading you to believe send failed, or that there is no confirmation of "your PM has been sent to..." after sending?
