It's summertime in 1920's Chicago; the swing is jumping and the gin is flowing easy. In the speakeasy "The Ass's Bottom," Oberon is throwing a revel, and everything was going smooth until his and Titania's son is found dead on the floor. Private dicks have been summoned to find out whodunit before the witching hour has passed. With scheming fae around, they're in over their heads, and Ariel won't shut up about cake...
"A Midsummer Night and the Livin' is Easy" is an 2-hour 12-player larp (running this Friday at WPI's Gaming Weekend) by John Brewer, Rob "Nyren" Knapp, Adam Nakama, Conor Walsh, and Mike Wixon. We'd prefer to cast ahead of time (email arkham.larp@gmail.com to sign up and get a questionaire) but have done all casting at-door before. (Yeah, okay, so this game is going to fill.)
Gaming Weekend is 48 hours of continuous gaming (6pm Friday-Sunday), free to all. There's some food, which requires WPISFS membership - dues for the year are five bucks or five books.
