Internet detectives needed!

Hey everybody!  So, I love my forum avatar (to the left there) but have been recently feeling that a change would be good.  I'd like to find another picture of the same actor, if possible.  There's a catch, though: I have no idea who he is.

The image was initially found through a Google image search.  I remember that it was a still from a Spanish-language movie.  I don't remember what the movie was called, unfortunately.  Reverse image searches have turned up nothing, or else turned up a single link to a page that no longer exists.

Any of you master e-detectives have any ideas?  I could also go with a picture of Jerry in lupus, but I find that less appropriate for the character,

alright jerry.. after about an hour hunting.. I think I found your boy.. or atleast very close. His name is Enrique Gil... Hope that's it.. if not I shall keep looking

The movie that image is from is Lake Tahoe, and the actor's name is Diego Cata~no, except that I clearly fail at knowing keyboard symbol shortcuts.
