New Forum Features Guide

A new Forum Features Guide has been posted in the House Rules & Rules Discussions forum.  Similar to the house rules posts, this is a catch-all thread that covers the various useful and/or unusual features of the forums.  Most of this material previously existed only in the announcements that were posted when a new feature was added.  I'm posting this here, primarily because it does contain a new explanation of an old feature - the dice roller - that I'm sure just about nobody remembers (or knew existed in the first place), but which can come in handy.
