Beltaine 2010 - Now with New England flavor!

Hey guys,

I'm sure some of you have heard, but New England has taken over the Beltaine event for 2010.  Here's the post I made on the Garou OOC list, I just wanted to post it here for players that don't keep up with that list much. 

Hello all,

This is not (quite) a formal announcement yet, but after discussion a couple
weeks ago with both Brian and with Capital Rage, the yearly Beltaine event is
going to be taking a drive up north to New England (Rhode Island, specifically).

The staff of Hidden Flame, Rage Across the Cape, and CoS will be doing our best
to entertain you and kill your characters. The player base in this region has 3
games and about 50 garou players within an hour drive, so look forward to a lot
of interaction if you show up.

Event cost will likely be in the $30 range. Assuming the site we are looking at
comes through, we will have cabins available for about 40 people - these will be
assigned first to those who pre-register. Tent sites will be available for
anyone who doesn't fit into the cabins, and if we get enough people
pre-registered, we may be able to rent out extra cabins (though they will be a
small walk from the main site). Bathroom and showers are on site.

This being the first major event that will be held up here, we have a lot of
groundwork to do. What I am looking for currently is a roll call to see how
many people we might have.

If people would not mind filling out this quick questionnaire (assuming you
think you can make it), I'd appreciate the data. It will both help us plan
OOCly for site, food, etc, and let us start brainstorming what we can throw at
everyone ICly. Thanks for your help, all!
