Well, YankeleBolot, this lovely 10,000 sq ft  barn comes fully staffed, including one of the most talented banjo players this side of the Mississippi! The view from the upper floor is nothing to shake a stick at either. Woodlands and untouched nature as far as the eye can see! It's also right off Rt 6 so it's easily accessable to the rest of the Cape!

Asking price is 300K XP.

Don't forget about the close proximity to all that fabulous beach-front property!  This barn is a STEAL at only 300k XP!
